I design content systems for AI products and content tooling, including UX patterns, prompt and system instruction, structured taxonomies, and quality evaluation loops. I use language to shape how people interact with AI, from crafting better inputs to defining consistent outputs.
I’ve always loved working in scrappy, 0-1 environments. My current challenge is designing content systems in the productivity space at Goodnotes, at the intersection of language, systems and agents. Previously, I’ve designed agent behavior for travel tech, launched AI investing features for a brokerage app, and build the UX writing team for an open-source edtech project. In a past life, I worked in defence policy and studied English Literature and History at uni, all of which turned out surprisingly useful for thinking about language, ambiguity, and systems.
Outside of work, I hike, take photos, and teach pilates.
